The Mt Rose Swanson trails are on the high ridge that lies due west of Armstrong. Rose and Swanson actually refer to two different high points on the same ridge system, see the trail map for more information.
From the summit you will have good views of Pleasant Valley south towards Otter Lake, Vernon Swan Lake and the north arm of Lake Okanagan.
